How to register as a new patient

We are currently taking a limited number of new patients living in the D6 catchment area ONLY.   If you would like to see one of the doctors please call in advance, email or drop into the surgery and our team will be happy to chat to you about the practice and our services.

How to book an appointment 

Please email or telephone us. We will do our best to arrange an appointment to suit you. You can also call into the surgery to make an appointment. We do not have a walk in service but in the case of an emergency please ring ahead choose option 3 to speak to a receptionist and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Due to huge demands on the surgery we would ask you when booking in to see a GP that if your medical issue is not urgent ie a routine issue that you postpone it for a week or two.

If you need to cancel an appointment we would ask that you give us 24/48 hours notice to allow us to offer this appointment to another patient.  There may be a fee incurred when appointments are not cancelled with above notice.

Mondays & Tuesdays tend to be very busy days at our surgery. If at all possible we would appreciate if you could choose one of the other days of the week when booking routine appointments. Please state when booking your appointment if it is routine or urgent.
